We charge broker fees so that we can provide the service on some policies. Typically, these policies are commercial or non-standard in nature. In most situations there is no broker or policy fee. We always disclose any broker fee or policy fee. In some situations we use other brokers to bind coverage on policies and they have fees that we are forced to pass onto the policy holder.
