I was born and raised in Denver, CO. Myunique name “Ruta” originates from the national flower of Lithuania, where my mother was born. I moved to Tri-Cities, WA, in 1993, where I later attended and graduated from Pasco High School, continued my education at Columbia Basin College, and managed a local music store fulltime. In 2005, I moved to Spokane, WA, where I currently work here at Boyd, Brown, & Co. as a C.S.R. Meanwhile, I am studying to get licensed as a Property and Casualty agent.

In my free time I love outdoor activities, such as camping, fishing, snowmobiling, etc. When I’m at home, I enjoy just curling up with a good book.
